وید پرکاش اپادھیائے یا وید پرکاش اپادھیائے (پیدائش 1947) ایک ہندوستانی سنسکرت اور ہندو مت اسکالر، مصنف، لیکچرر، پروفیسر، ماہر تعلیم اور سماجی کارکن ہیں۔

^[6] وہ سنسکرت ادب اور ہندو ازم پر بہت سی کتابوں کے مصنف ہیں۔^[6] وہ زیادہ تر اپنے کام کالکی اوتار اور محمد صاحب کے لیے جانا جاتا ہے۔ ^[7],انھیں 2018 میں صدر ہند ایوارڈ سمیت ان کی شراکت کے لیے بہت سے قومی اور بین الاقوامی اعزازات ملے۔ ^[6]^[8]

ابتدائی زندگی[ترمیم]

وید پرکاش اپادھیائے 2 فروری 1947 کو الہ آباد، اترپردیش میں پیدا ہوئے۔ ^[6]ان کے والد سریوپرین ویدک اسکالر پنڈت شری رام جیون اپادھیائے تھے۔ ^[6]^[9]

اپادھیائے سنسکرت ویدوں میں ڈی فل اور دھرم شاستر ہندو قانون، وید، فلسفہ، دینیات، ادب، تنتر، انصاف اور سزا وغیرہ میں ڈی لِٹ کے اسکالر ہیں۔ ^[6]

انھوں نے پنجاب یونیورسٹی، چندی گڑھ میں 40 سال تک خدمات انجام دیں اور سنسکرت شعبہ کے پروفیسر اور سربراہ کے طور پر ریٹائر ہوئے۔^[6]^[8] ان کے شاندار تحقیقی کام سے متاثر ہو کر انھیں کئی قومی اور بین الاقوامی اداروں نے قومی اور بین الاقوامی سطح پر اعزازات اور انعامات سے نوازا۔ ^[6]^[8]اس کے علاوہ انھوں نے 100 سے زیادہ سنسکرت کلاسیکی کانفرنسوں میں حصہ لیا، 26 بین الاقوامی کانفرنسوں اور تحقیقی سیمیناروں کی صدارت کی، 100 تحقیقی مقالے شائع کیے اور ان کی ہدایت پر 70 تحقیقی طلبہ نے ایم فل کیا۔ اور 60 پی ایچ ڈی کر چکے ہیں۔^[8]^[10]^[11] انھوں نے کئی بار ریڈیو ٹاک بھی دیے جن کا مقصد سنسکرت کو آفاقی بنانا رہا ہے۔ ہریانہ سنسکرت اکیڈمی ہریانہ حکومت کی کئی اہم کمیٹیوں کے رکن کے طور پر،^[12]اپادھیائے ایک فعال شراکت دار رہے ہیں اور ہری پربھا ریسرچ میگزین میں مشیر کے طور پر کام کر رہے ہیں۔ وہ گروکل مانسا دیوی کمپلیکس کے متولی کی حیثیت سے ذمہ داری نبھا رہے ہیں۔^[6]

==ایوارڈز اور وصولیاں ==ان کامیابیوں کی بنیاد پر انھیں 8 گولڈ میڈل اور 33 اعزازات بھی ملے۔ سنسکرت کے تئیں ان کی عقیدت، شراکت، تشہیر اور پھیلاؤ سے متاثر ہو کر، دوردرشن نے ان کی اہم شراکت کے لیے 22 مارچ 2012 کو ایک گھنٹے کا خصوصی پروگرام بھی نشر کیا۔ ^[6] انسانی وسائل کے وزیر مملکت مہیندر ناتھ پانڈے نے کاشی ودوت پریشد میں ودھوشن ایوارڈ اور بین الاقوامی انسانی حقوق کے تحفظ بیورو کی جانب سے فجی کے سفیر پربھاکر جھا کو مانودھیکر رتن ایوارڈ سے نوازا۔< ^[6]2017 میں، انھیں ہریانہ سنسکرت اکیڈمی سے سنسکرت ساہتیہ الینگکر ایوارڈ ملا۔^[13]2017 میں، انھیں پنجابی زبان کے محکمے سے ساہتیہ رتن پڈک ملا۔^[14]اور 2019 میں انھیں سنسکرت زبان میں ان کے تعاون کے لیے ہندوستان کا 2018 کا صدر ایوارڈ ملا۔^[8]^[6]^[15]

इस अवसर पर महाविद्यालय की प्राचार्या रीटा गुप्ता ने बताया कि कार्यक्रम का समापन 24 जून को महाविद्यालय परिसर में होगा। इस कार्यक्रम में संस्कृत विद्वानों के साथ-साथ मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में 60 से ज्यादा विद्यार्थियों को पीएचडी करवा चुके संस्कृत के प्रकांड विद्वान डॉ. वेदप्रकाश उपाध्याय, हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा संस्कृत महामहोपाध्याय की मानद सर्वोच्च पदवी से विभूषित पहुंच कर सुशोभित करेंगें। प्रो० उपाध्‌याय जी को हाल ही में बुन्देलखण्ड झांसी में राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा गौरव सम्मान से सम्मानित किया जा चुका है।

प्राचार्य ने कहा कि संस्कृत संवादशाला का मुख्य उद्देश्य संस्कृत भाषा को जनभाषा बनाना है। इस कार्यक्रम में महाविद्यालय से डॉ. रेणुका ध्यानी व डॉ. राजबीर कौशिक संयोजक के रुप में कार्यभार सम्भाल रहे हैं। दुरदराज के क्षेत्रों से आने वाले शिक्षार्थियों को मनसा देवी मन्दिर में स्थित राजकीय संस्कृत महाविद्यालय में निरन्तर विशारद, शास्त्री, ज्योतिष डिप्लोमा, और कर्मकाण्ड का डिप्लोमा करवाया जाता है। इन विद्यार्थियों को प्राच्य विद्याओं के साथ-2 आधुनिक विषय भी पढ़ाये जाते हैं, जैसे अर्धशास्त्र, अंग्रेजी, राजनीति शास्त्र, हिन्दी, शारीरिक शिक्षा आदि।उत्तर- भारत में संस्कृत भाषा के उत्थान के लिए इस महाविद्यालय की छवि उज्ज्वल भविष्यात्मक पथ पर दृश्यमान हैं। (Sanskrit scholar Dr. Vedprakash Upadhyay, who has got more than 60 students doing PhD, will reach Mata Mansa Devi Government Sanskrit College, Panchkula on June 24. Dr. Vedprakash Upadhyay, a great scholar of Sanskrit, who has got more than 60 students doing Ph.D., will beautify by reaching the honorary highest title of Sanskrit Mahamahopadhyay by the Haryana Government. Prof. Upadhyay ji has recently been honored with National Education Gaurav Samman in Bundelkhand Jhansi.

The Principal said that the main objective of Sanskrit Samvadshala is to make Sanskrit language the language of the people. In this program, Dr. Renuka Dhyani and Dr. Rajbir Kaushik from the college are taking charge as coordinators. Learners coming from remote areas are continuously given Visharad, Shastri, Jyotish Diploma, and Karmkand Diploma in the Government Sanskrit College located in Mansa Devi Temple. Along with oriental studies, modern subjects are also taught to these students, such as Semiology, English, Political Science, Hindi, Physical Education etc. The image of this college is visible on a bright future path for the upliftment of Sanskrit language in North India. .)

महामहिम राष्ट्रपति सम्मान एवं पुरस्कार से अलंकृत प्रो. वेदप्रकाश उपाध्याय का जन्म ग्राम ब्रह्मपुर, जनपद कौशाम्बी, प्रयागराज, उत्तर-प्रदेश में 07 फरवरी, 1947 ई. में हुआ था। आपके पिताजी पं. राम संजीवन उपाध्याय वेद, ज्योतिष एवं कर्मकाण्ड के प्रकाण्ड विद्वान थे। आपने एम.ए. (संस्कृत, हिन्दी) डी. फिल्. डी.लिट्. जर्मन आदि विदेशी भाषाओं का डिप्लोमा तथा आचार्य (वेद, दर्शन और धर्मशास्त्र आदि) की उपाधियाँ प्राप्त की हैं।

आपको भारत और विदेशों से 8 स्वर्णपदक 38 सम्मान और पुरस्कारों से अलंकृत किया जा चुका है। पञ्जाब विश्वविद्यालय में आपको 40 वर्षों के स्नातकोत्तर शिक्षण और अनुसन्धान का अनुभव है। आपके 20 ग्रन्थ प्रकाशित हैं। आपने वेद, वास्तुशास्त्र, धर्मशास्त्र और संस्कृत के प्रचार प्रसारार्थ भारत, श्रीलंका, बांग्लादेश, थाईलैण्ड, तंजानिया और नेपाल आदि देशों में विशिष्ट योगदान दिया है।

Pro. Upadhyay was born on 7 February 1947 in Allahabad district of Uttar Pradesh in the house of eminent Saryuparin Vedic scholar Pt.Shriramjeevan Upadhyay. World-renowned Dr. Upadhyay D.Phil in Sanskrit Veda and D.Litt in the subject of Dharmashastra Hindu Law, is a penetrating and excellent scholar of Vedas, philosophy, theology, literature, tantra, justice and punishment etc. He served for 40 years in Panjab University, Chandigarh and retired as Professor and Head of Sanskrit Department. So, listen what he says on Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).

Dr. Upadhyay in his Narashans Aur Antim Rishi asserts that the holy prophet was none else than the Narashans rishi of the Vedas. The word Narashans itself means one who is praised, the exact Sanskrit equivalent of Muhammad. Dr. Upadhyay, after considerable research, came to the conclusion that the rishi described as Narashans, "who would have twelve wives," is none other than the Holy Prophet. The vedas, which predate the prophet (pbuh) by several centuries, predict his birth, writes Dr. Upadhyay.

What is more remarkable is that Narashans rishi repeatedly figures throughout the vedas -- from the Rig Veda to Yajur Veda to Sam Veda and Atharva Veda. The more deeply one goes into the details, the more confirmed one is about the identity of the "Praised One". Dr. Upadhyay says that for him there is no option left as a scholar than to proclaim this fact, even though some people would not be happy to hear it.

Dr. Vedprakash will participate in the concluding program of the Sanskrit speaking camp

On this occasion, Principal of the college Rita Gupta said that the program will conclude on June 24 in the college campus. Dr. Vedprakash Upadhyay, a great scholar of Sanskrit, who has got more than 60 students doing Ph.D., will beautify by reaching the honorary highest title of Sanskrit Mahamahopadhyay by the Haryana Government. Prof. Upadhyay ji has recently been honored with National Education Gaurav Samman in Bundelkhand Jhansi.

The Principal said that the main objective of Sanskrit Samvadshala is to make Sanskrit language the language of the people. In this program, Dr. Renuka Dhyani and Dr. Rajbir Kaushik from the college are taking charge as coordinators. Learners coming from remote areas are continuously given Visharad, Shastri, Jyotish Diploma, and Karmkand Diploma in the Government Sanskrit College located in Mansa Devi Temple. Along with oriental studies, modern subjects are also taught to these students, such as Semiology, English, Political Science, Hindi, Physical Education etc. The image of this college is visible on a bright future path for the upliftment of Sanskrit language in North India. .)

(संस्कृत, हिन्दी) डी. फिल्. डी.लिट्. जर्मन आदि विदेशी भाषाओं का डिप्लोमा तथा आचार्य (वेद, दर्शन और धर्मशास्त्र आदि) की उपाधियाँ प्राप्त की हैं।

After that he taught through Sanskrit medium for three years in the classes of Shastri, Acharya and Vishishtacharya at Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri National Sanskrit University, New Delhi. He also received the UGC Senior Fellowship, Shastrachudamani. human resource development ministry, You were made the President of Adarsh Sanskrit Sanstha of Himachal Pradesh by the Government of India. Impressed by his brilliant research work, he was honored and rewarded at the national and international level by many national and international institutions. On the basis of these achievements, eight gold medals and 33 honors were also received.

[11] "ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਸੰਸਕ੍ਰਿਤ ਅਕੈਡਮੀ 'ਚ ਸਮਾਗਮ (Event at Haryana Sanskrit Academy)"۔ Punjabi Tribune۔ Panchkula۔ 8 September 2015۔ اخذ شدہ بتاریخ 05 اگست 2023۔ ‘ਸਮਾਜ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਮਾਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੰਸਕ੍ਰਿਤ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦੀ ਅਹਿਮ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨਿਭਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਨੇ ਅਹਿਮ ਭੂਮਿਕਾ ਨਿਭਾਈ ਵੀ ਹੈ। ਸੰਸਕ੍ਰਿਤ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਵਿਵੇਕ ਵਾਲੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੰਸਕ੍ਰਿਤ ਦਾ ਹਰ ਵਾਕ ਸਿੱਖਿਆਦਾਇਕ ਹੈ।' ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਵਾ ਪੰਚਾਇਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਸੰਸਦੀ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ੀਸ਼ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਇੱਥੇ ਪੰਚਕੂਲਾ ਦੇ ਸੈਕਟਰ 14 ਸਥਿਤ ਅਕੈਡਮੀ ਭਵਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਸੰਸਕ੍ਰਿਤ ਅਕੈਡਮੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮਨਾਏ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਸੰਸਕ੍ਰਿਤ ਦਿਵਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਆਏ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਦੀਪ ਜਲਾ ਕੇ ਸੰਸਕ੍ਰਿਤ ਅਕੈਡਮੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੰਸਕ੍ਰਿਤ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਰਿਸ਼ੀਆਂ-ਮੁਨੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਸੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਯੋਗ ਬਾਰੇ ਵੀ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕੀਤੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੰਸਕ੍ਰਿਤ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਭਾਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਣਨੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਸੰਸਕ੍ਰਿਤ ਅਕੈਡਮੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ੰਸਾ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ। ਸੰਸਕ੍ਰਿਤ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਪਸਾਰ ਲਈ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਵਿਸਥਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਿਕਰ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਹੈੱਡ ਕੁਆਰਟਰ ਦੀ ਥਾਂ ਬਲਾਕ ਪੱਧਰ 'ਤੇ ਵੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਜਲਦੀ ਹੀ ਅਕੈਡਮੀ ਕਾਲਕਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਕਰਵਾਏਗੀ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸਰ ਵੇਦ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਉਪਾਧਿਆਏ ਨੇ ਸਮਾਰੋਹ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨਗੀ ਕੀਤੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅੱਜ ਵੀ ਸੰਸਕ੍ਰਿਤ ਪੜ੍ਹਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਧੇਰੇ ਲੋਕ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਵੱਡੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਦੇ ਸੰਸਕ੍ਰਿਤ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦੇ ਮਾਹਿਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਗਟ ਕੀਤੇ। ('Sanskrit language can play an important role in the construction of society and this language has also played an important role. Sanskrit language is the language of wisdom in which every sentence of Sanskrit is instructive.' This was expressed by Chief Parliamentary Secretary of Panchayat Department Haryana Bakhshish Singh who was here on the occasion of Sanskrit Day being celebrated by Haryana Sanskrit Academy at Academy Bhawan located in Sector 14 of Panchkula. On this occasion, he started the program of the Sanskrit Academy by lighting a lamp. He said that Sanskrit was the language of the sages of the country. He also expressed his views on yoga on this occasion. He said that Sanskrit is the mother of all languages. He also praised the work being done by the Sanskrit Academy on this occasion. Mentioned in detail the works being done for the propagation and expansion of Sanskrit. He said that such a program should be done at the block level instead of the district headquarters. He clarified that soon the academy will conduct a similar program in Kalka also. On this occasion, Professor Ved Prakash Upadhyay of Panjab University presided over the function. There are people like Dr. Ved Prakash Upadhyay too, who with their scholarship and erudition have upheld the truth and dignity of Islam and its prophet (pbuh). Dr. Ved Prakash Upadhyay is a man of formidable learning. A look at his degrees should convince you that here is an extraordinary scholar. His degrees: MA (Sanskrit, Vedas) D.Phil (Religion) BIS and IS. He also holds a diploma in German language. One has no option but to listen carefully to what he has to say. So, listen what he says on Prophet Muhammad (pbuh).

Dr. Upadhyay in his Narashans Aur Antim Rishi asserts that the holy prophet was none else than the Narashans rishi of the Vedas. The word Narashans itself means one who is praised, the exact Sanskrit equivalent of Muhammad. Dr. Upadhyay, after considerable research, came to the conclusion that the rishi described as Narashans, "who would have twelve wives," is none other than the Holy Prophet. The vedas, which predate the prophet (pbuh) by several centuries, predict his birth, writes Dr. Upadhyay.

What is more remarkable is that Narashans rishi repeatedly figures throughout the vedas -- from the Rig Veda to Yajur Veda to Sam Veda and Atharva Veda. The more deeply one goes into the details, the more confirmed one is about the identity of the "Praised One". Dr. Upadhyay says that for him there is no option left as a scholar than to proclaim this fact, even though some people would not be happy to hear it.
