Tahrik Labaik Pakistan

Tehreek Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) is an Islamic Political Movement. After the Shahadat of Ghazi Malik Mumtaz Hussain Qadri﷫, TLP was founded on August 1, 2015 at Nishtar Park, Karachi by Ameer-ul-Mujahideen Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi ﷫. Its objective is to make Islamic Republic of Pakistan a real Islamic state. In October 2017, the government of Pakistan removed the word of Khatam-e-Nabuwat (صلى الله عليه وسلم ( from the rules and regulations of Election. In November 2017, thousands of protesters led by Ameer-ul-Mujahideen Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi ﷫protested on the route of Faizabad and demanded the resignation of Pakistan's Minister for Law and Justice Zahid Hamid, who had changed the law. The protests lasted for 21 days after the resignation of Zahid Hamid. General elections were held in Pakistan on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 and TLP got 2.2 million votes, mostly from the Punjab and won two provincial seats from Sindh. In 2018, Islamophobic Dutch lawmaker Geert Wilders planned a blasphemous caricatures contest in the Netherlands. After the protest of TLP, Geert Wilders canceled the contest and announced that he won’t be holding any such contest. On October 31, 2018, Asia Bibi who was convicted of blasphemy was suddenly acquitted by Supreme Court. TLP held protests across Pakistan and on November 2, 2018, the Government of Pakistan TLP came into an agreement. Due to pressure from TLP, the authorities hadn't released Asia Bibi until the “Supreme Court makes a final review of its verdict”. After reviewing the case, On November 7, 2018, Asia Bibi was released and departed the country to the Netherlands. Ameer-ul-Mujahideen Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi ﷫ announced for a public rally in Rawalpindi's Liaquat Bagh on November 25, 2018. After the announcement of Rally, on November 23, 2018, Ameer-ul-Mujahideen Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi ﷫, along with many members of TLP was arrested. 39.41.151.4 15:50، 9 اگست 2022ء (م ع و)
